Pinecrest Women's Soccer faced off against cross-town rivals Union Pines on a wet and chilly Friday evening for the 2026 iteration of the Battle of the Pines. In the opener, the JV squad surrendered a second half goal to finish with a 1-1 draw. In the second stanza, the Varsity ladies came from behind with a second half equalizer from Jadyn Lamielle to also finish knotted at 1-1.
